De acuerdo a la maestra de arte Lucila González, quien estuvo a cargo de los talleres de artes plásticas, los talleres fueron un rotundo éxito. Alrededor de 90 estudiantes participaron en estas sesiones, y crearon obras muy bonitas, entre estas: esculturas transparentes, mosaicos con vidrio, pintura expresiva y vitrales con papel.
Los trabajos de los alumnos serán exhibidos en el Teatro Presidente el 4 y 5 de marzo, cuando se lleven a cabo los shows de Drama y Danza.

El propósito de estos no solo es darles a los alumnos una oportunidad de interactuar con otros colegios biculturales. Los talleres también son un foro utilizado para estimular el intercambio de ideas y fomentar el talento de los alumnos por medio del arte.
This week, students from the ABC, Escuela Americana, Escuela Alemana, Liceo Francés, Colegio Maya, Colegio Internacional, Escuela Panamericana and Escuela Bilingüe Maquilishuat gathered at our school for what proved to be two days full of teamwork, creativity and camaraderie.
According to Mrs. Lucila González, who was in charge of the Art workshops for the festival, it was a great success. Around 90 students participated and created amazing pieces, such as: see-through sculptures, glass mosaics, expressive paintings and stained glass/paper projects.
The purpose of these events is not only to provide interaction between bicultural schools but also a forum to stimulate the exchange of ideas and encourage the students' talent through art. You will be able to see evidence of the art work at the Teatro residents on Friday 4th and Saturday 5th March when the drama and music events will be performed.
