IPC Olympics Assembly/Asamblea de Juegos Olímpicos IPC

Este lunes 4 de abril, el regreso a clases después de la Semana Santa fue uno que inició de manera muy emocionante para los alumnos de Primaria.

Como parte del Currículo Internacional de Primaria (IPC), se va a estudiar el tema de los Juegos Olímpicos a través de la historia, por lo cual el departamento de Educación Física organizó una asamblea alusiva al evento.

Se eligieron 2 abanderados por cada sección desde Pre-Kinder hasta 5to grado, y estos recibieron el deporte que fue asignado a su clase por medio una rifa durante la ceremonia.

Sin duda alguna, fue un evento muy divertido, que ha dejado a nuestros estudiantes con grandes deseos de seguir aprendiendo acerca de este tema en las próximas semanas.

Muchas gracias al departamento de Educación Física por organizar tan bonita ceremonia, estamos seguros que fue una experiencia inolvidable para todos los niños de Primaria.

 On Monday 4th April, coming back to school after the Easter holidays was very exciting for all our Primary students.

As part of the International Primary Curriculum (IPC), the Olympic Games through time will be used as a topic of study in the coming weeks, to start it off, the PE department organised an Olympics themed assembly.

2 students were chosen from every class section from Pre-Kinder through Grade 5, and were in charge of receiving the banner with the sport their class will be representing.

This event was great fun, and has made our students very eager to keep learning about the Olympic Games during the coming weeks.

A big thank you to our PE department for putting together such an impressive ceremony, which we are sure our Primary children will not forget any time soon.
